              Company Profile

                        ColdPoint Air Systems Corporation started as a partnership between Mr. Carmelo de Jesus and 
                        Mr. Arsenio A. Bea and was incorporated on May 22, 1986. Basically, it is a trading and
                        contracting business of air-conditioning and ventilating equipments. It supplies to different
                        companies where it provides the service of installation, maintenance, and repairing of air
                        -conditioning units.
