- Installation

----> This service is offered to all their customers who purchase units from the company. Sometimes, there are other customers who just require installation. This happens when the customer already has his own unit on hand yet it has not been placed in the right location. This is usually availed by big corporations who already have air-conditioning units waiting to be installed.
Nevertheless, the most common occasion when installation is required occurs when a customer purchases a new airconditioning unit from us.
- Maintenance

----> Maintenance can either be a benefit to the customer or a choice. It is a benefit because a customer immediately gets a 1-year free maintenance upon purchasing a unit from us. On the other hand, it is a choice when after the first year of free maintenance, the consumer comes back to us and requests for a new contract, which would require additional charges. Or if the air-conditioning unit is not from ColdPoint, customers can still avail of our product maintenance services.
In both cases though, it benefits the customers since they will not have to worry about their air-conditioning units to properly function, because we will always make sure they do.
- Cleaning

----> Cleaning of air-conditioning units is another service we offer. This is not limited to the filters of the units. The cleaning service may also involve cleaning of tubes, or other parts concerning the customers air-con. This service is offered not only to the buyers of the company’s units, but also to other customers who is in need of the said service.
This is usually done regularly, depending on the customer, to keep the unit functioning well, and to maintain the performance of a certain air-con.
